Lois Robbins is a native New Yorker and accomplished actress. She is soon to be executive producing the comedy drama film Inappropriate Behavior, starring Bobby Cannavale and Robert DeNiro, directed by Tony Goldwyn and written by Tony Spiridakis. On screen, she is best known for her roles on daytime television including One Life to Live, Loving, Ryan’s Hope and All My Children. Other notable onscreen credits include Law & Order: SVU, Blue Bloods, and Younger, along with films such as The Aspern Papers, Shepherd, Ithaca, and more. In August 2019, Ms. Robbins wrote and starred in the off-Broadway play L.O.V.E.R, which played to sold-out audiences.
Along with her work in the arts and passion for philanthropy, Robbins is looking forward to expanding her career into the health and fashion spheres with the launch of WATSKIN sunwear.
Ms. Robbins has starred in productions at the Eugene O’Neil Theater Center, Goodspeed Opera, Trinity Repertory, Studio Arena Theater, Rubicon Theater, Schoolhouse Theater, and Roundabout Theater. She has also graced the silver screen in Town and Country, The Screamaker, Hudson River Blues, and Motherhood. She is best known for her roles on daytime television including One Life to Live, Loving, Ryan’s Hope, and All My Children. Her additional television credits include guest shots in: Sex And The City, Law & Order, Kingpin, Once And Again, Law & Order SVU, and Blue Bloods. Lois’ most recent television work was the recurring role of Penelope on Younger.
Ms. Robbins places a high importance on philanthropic work; she is actively involved with Evelyn H. Lauder’s Breast Cancer Center, the Plastic Pollution Coalition, Alzheimer’s Drug Foundation, and the Lung Cancer Research Foundation.
